Peter Regopoulos
Peter Regopoulos specializes in hospitality accounting and restaurant operations. He has taught HM 484 Entrepreneurship at Penn State. He has opened new restaurants and owned and operated quick-service food franchises. Peter also does consulting in strategic planning for entrepreneurial food service companies.
Peter received a bachelor's degree in food service and housing administration from Penn State in 1976, and completed graduate studies in finance at Rollins College in 1982.
