Pam has more than 30 years experience in the semiconductor industry and 15 years as an engineering manager.  She has specialized in assembly manufacturing, product engineering and operations areas leading international, cross-functional teams in cost reduction, product transfer, disaster recovery and new product introduction projects.  A few of her major accomplishments include the following:

-          Implemented cost reduction projects totaling > $5M/yr in savings over a 7-year period with the support of an international, cross-functional team.

-          Led two disaster recovery projects including the manufacturing relocation of 100M units/year due to a flood and material changes for 250 products due to an earthquake.

-          Managed projects to implement alternate supply sources, material and process changes.

Pam holds a BSME from Drexel University and a MBA from Lehigh University.
