Robert Platzer, the founder and CEO of PJW Restaurant Group.  Robert Platzer will speak to the students telling them how he developed the idea, started the business, and how the business has grown to a chain of 17 restaurants.  He will field questions from the students after his presentation. 


Peter Regopoulos

Peter Regopoulos specializes in hospitality accounting and restaurant operations. He has taught HM 484 Entrepreneurship at Penn State. He has opened new restaurants and owned and operated quick-service food franchises. Robert Platzer

.  Mr. Platzer started his culinary career as a cook at Resorts International in Atlantic City, NJ.
