The United States is the land of opportunity, however, for international entrepreneurs, there can be numerous roadblocks to starting your own business.  This workshop will explore the legal options for international students to stay in the United States and start their own business.  

Learn from a business consultant about:

  • options for J-1 and F-1 Students during and after your studies. 

  • what work you legally can and cannot do while a J-1 or F-1 student.

  • what can you legally do if you transition of an H-1b visa.

  • how to sponsor yourself for an H-1b visa.

  • what are the other visa types you can obtain in order to start your own business. 

  • what are some of the other roadblocks yo may encounter along the way.
